Intimacy Under Load: Understanding Sexual Function in HSD/hEDS with Bill Taylor
Living with hypermobility (HSD/hEDS) can affect many parts of life – including intimacy and sexual wellbeing – but this is rarely talked about openly.
In this webinar, we’ll explore how things like pain, fatigue, joint instability, pelvic floor symptoms, and nervous system sensitivity can influence comfort, confidence, and enjoyment during intimacy. We’ll also look at the emotional side – including fear, frustration, body awareness, and communication with partners.
This will be a supportive, judgment-free space where we’ll break down the topic in a clear and practical way. You’ll come away with a better understanding of what might be going on in your body, along with simple, realistic strategies to help you feel more comfortable, confident, and in control.
